Every piece is printed to order for your dancer. Purchases are completed securely at checkout.

Shipping
Shipped directly to your door. Flat-rate shipping within the US, and free on orders over $75.
Fulfillment timing
Allow 3–7 business days for production, plus shipping time. You'll receive tracking by email once your order ships.
Exchanges & returns
Misprinted or damaged? Tell us within 7 days and we'll replace it. Unworn items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days.
Sizing help
Check the size chart on each product page. Between sizes? Email us before ordering and we'll help you choose.

The Align Shop

Exchanges & returns.

Every piece in the Align shop is printed to order for your dancer, so we handle returns a little differently from a stocked store.

Misprinted, damaged or defective

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, defective or with the wrong item, email contact@thealigndancemethod.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, and you won't need to send the item back unless we ask.

Size exchanges and returns

We accept returns and size exchanges within 30 days of delivery when the item is unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. Please email us before sending anything back; we'll reply with the return address and instructions. Returns sent without approval can't be accepted. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and the original shipping charge isn't refundable.

Items we can't accept back

Worn, washed, stained or altered items, and items damaged after delivery.

Lost packages

If tracking shows your order as lost, email us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Most banks post them within 5 to 10 business days.

Cancellations

Orders go into production quickly. Email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel; once printing has started we may not be able to cancel the order.
